How Our Schedule Works
We Teach in Training Cycles
Most of our weekly classes run in training cycles. A cycle usually runs for 4–6 weeks, followed by a one-week break before the next cycle begins.
We teach this way because practicing in stages helps to:
build the habit of regular movement
allow for thoughtful progression
develop lasting strength and skill — not just a hard workout today

Courses
Some offerings run as dedicated courses, usually lasting around 8 weeks and following their own schedule rather than the regular cycle.
Many of these courses are taught by visiting specialists we invite to Movement Lab. Because of this, registration and payment are often managed directly through the teacher running the course.
Monthly Workshops
On the last Sunday of each month, we host a 2-hour workshop exploring a specific movement theme in greater depth — such as pelvic floor connection, breath-led movement, and other focused topics.
